We carefully handcraft each and every Pickering Company placemat to order and proudly stand behind our products. We try to ensure that your items ship to you in perfect order. If you receive a flawed or damaged item we will gladly replace it or refund it. Excludes Factory Seconds.
Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your Pickering Company placemats you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

Excludes used products, Custom orders, and Factory Seconds.
- Custom placemats are not eligible for a refund once the 'digital proof' has been approved by the customer.

Before returning your product, contact us at loveit@pickeringco.com for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

All returns must be clearly marked with your RMA#. Pickering Company reserves the right to deny any return unaccompanied by an RMA#.
Return Shipment Instructions:

If you receive a product that you believe is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at loveit@pickeringco.com for an RMA#, instructions, and prepaid shipping label for your return.

If your return is a matter of preference, you are responsible for cost of the return shipment. Please contact us at loveit@pickeringco.com for an RMA#, instructions, and prepaid return shipping label; we will deduct the cost of the return shipment from your refund.
