We carefully handcraft each and every Pickering Company placemat to order and proudly stand behind our products. We try to ensure that your items ship to you in perfect order. Mistakes occasionally happen. If you receive a flawed or damaged item we will gladly replace it or refund it. Excludes Factory Seconds.
Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your Pickering Company placemats, you may return them within 30 Days of purchase for a refund.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging (if available).
- Excludes used and/or damaged products, Custom Orders, and Factory Seconds.

Custom Placemats are not eligible for a refund once the custom design proof has been approved by the customer.

Original shipping charges applied to an order are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a product that you believe is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

Before returning your product, contact us at loveit@pickeringco.com for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
