How to Order?
(1) Navigate to the Custom Order page by clicking the button below
(2) Choose the 'Quantity' you wish (minimum 4), then 'Add to Cart', then 'View Cart'
(3) Complete the 'Shipping' and 'Payment' details, then click 'Review & Place Order'
(4) After placing your order, send us your images (send via email or WeTransfer.com). Please send original high-quality image(s), not low-resolution versions. When emailing, do not allow your email provider to reduce their size.
Then what?
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order (please check your junk folder).
We will email you a proof for your review and approval before we proceed with your order.
Once approved, your placemats will be handcrafted to order then shipped UPS Ground within 7-10 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way :)

Please provide the highest quality image(s) you have available. If your images are too small or resolution is too low we will notify you. Ideal images are 300dpi or greater .jpg, .jpeg, .tif or .eps, 16" wide x 12" high with 1/8" bleed on all sides for trimming. Send only images you have the right to use to: loveit@pickeringco.com or use WeTransfer.com for large files. We're here to help if you need us :)
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded once artwork has been approved.
