How to Order?
(1) Choose your 'Quantity' (minimum 4) then 'Add to Cart', click 'View Cart'
(2) Complete the 'Shipping' and 'Payment' details, then click 'Review & Place Order'
(3) After placing your order, email us your images (or for large files send via WeTransfer.com). Send your original high-quality image(s), not copies from Social Media. When emailing, do not allow your email provider to reduce their size.
Then what happens?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order (please check your junk folder).
We will email you a proof for your review and approval before we proceed with your order.
Your placemats will be handcrafted and then shipped UPS Ground within 7-10 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way :)

More about your images:
Please provide the highest quality image(s) you have available. If your images are too small or resolution is too low we will notify you. Ideal images are 300dpi or greater .jpg, .jpeg, .tif or .eps, 16" wide x 12" high with 1/8" bleed on all sides for trimming. Send only images you have the right to use to: loveit@pickeringco.com or use WeTransfer.com for large files. We're here to help if you need us :)
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded once artwork has been approved.
