We carefully handcraft each and every Pickering Company placemat to order and proudly stand behind our products, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 Days of purchase for a refund.

Return Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Pickering Company placemats, you may return them within 30 Days of purchase for a refund.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:

  • Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging (if available).

  • Excludes used and/or damaged products, Custom Orders, and Factory Seconds.
  • Custom Placemats are not eligible for a refund once the custom design proof has been approved by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges applied to an order are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect.

  • If you receive a product that you believe is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Before returning your product, contact us at loveit@pickeringco.com for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  • All returns must be clearly marked with your RMA#.

 

Return Shipment Instructions:

  • If you are returning a defective or damaged product please contact us for an RMA# and prepaid UPS electronic shipping label for your return.

  • If your return is a matter of preference, you are responsible for the return shipment. Please contact us for an RMA# and the return shipping address.

  • Pickering Company reserves the right to deny any return unaccompanied by an RMA#.

  • We will reimburse your purchase to the original method of payment.
